Wrap Ups

May Wrap Up

This is my first time doing this type of post. I realised how great these posts are during one of my conversations with Ceillie and because I didn’t have much time in May for blog hopping. So I’ve been checking out loads of wrap up posts!

I received very exciting news in May. I had received a conditional offer of acceptance to study Publishing at Edinburgh Napier University and still needed to pass an English test (English is my mother tongue but it doesn’t count because of my nationality). I received my results in May and I passed!!! I also received the unconditional offer of acceptance after sending in the results. So, I officially will be studying in Edinburgh in September! I’m so excited and nervous!!!

During May, I was a co-host for Asian Lit Bingo, which turned out to be one of the most fun blogging experiences that I’ve had so far.

I posted my first character interview this month, which is my favourite type of blog post to read. I interviewed Faye from No More Heroes (written by Michelle Kan).

      1. Oh that’s great then! I’ve only just started my Bachelor studies so it’ll be a while until I have to apply for a Master but I’m hoping to get into Publishing as well! I hope you enjoy your studies in Edinburgh 😇

  1. Wow, congratulations on your acceptance to a publishing programme! That’s exciting. (And in Edinburgh to boot, that’s a bonus I think :P). I also never used to do wrap-up posts, but then I realized (as you mentioned) they can be helpful for people who are catching up on their blog reading.
